Galaxy S II reached 10 million sales
quicker than any other Samsung

Samsung has announced it has sold 300 million mobile phones this year, its highest level of sales over 12 months.
The Korean electronics company said it sold 10 million Galaxy S II smartphones quicker than any previous Samsung mobile device. Its 2011 performance beats that of last year, when the manufacturer sold 280 million handsets thanks in part to the success of the Galaxy S.
JK Shin, president and head of Samsung’s mobile communications business said: ‘We look forward to extending this success going into 2012.’
